We charge £30 for all repairs and upgrades that take up to 1 hour. Most jobs will be completed within 1 hour but if it does take longer then we charge £20/hr. e.g. a job that takes 2 hours will cost you £50. Before we proceed with any work we will tell you what it will cost so there are no nasty surprises. Best of all - if we can't fix it then you pay NOTHING.

For call outs between 12 am and 8 am (and on Christmas day and New Years day) we charge £60 for all repairs and upgrades that take up to 1 hour and £40/hr thereafter.

As stated on our home page, we only work within a 10 mile radius of Stevenage. This is not a hard and fast rule but our prices will increase to take the extra travelling time and mileage into account.
